Grade 10 provides of a snapshot of the world circa 1750. The course continues chronologically up to the present. Several concepts are woven throughout the course including industrialization, nationalism, imperialism, conflict, technology and the interconnectedness of the world.
Global Studies is a two year course culminating in a Global History and Geography Regents Examination on June 14, 2016. Students should study throughout the school year in preparation for this exam.
